Speaking to one of Paul’s colleagues before he was free, I was told he was one of the branch’s best. It was easy to see why, as he came across like nothing was too much trouble. Paul has a great working knowledge of mobile tech and was eager to show me some of the basics, and a few tips and tricks.
He leaned more towards the iPhone 4 and 4S but I also got a rundown of the BlackBerry 9900 and Samsung Galaxy S II during our meeting. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about each of them.
Paul did try to close the sale, and when I said I’d need a little more time to think he gave me his business card and asked me to text or call if I needed advice. I got the impression he was the type of salesperson who would go that extra mile for his customers and I’d recommend him to anyone.
