I want to prove to myself that my service is amongst, if not, the best in the industry. Also to show that Phones 4u is a fantastic company to not only work for but also to purchase from.

Jimmy showed sound product knowledge and impressed me with his efforts to find a really great deal below my budget. I was looking for a £100 handset for a teenager and he recommended the Huawei Blaze, which was about half that price. Jimmy could easily have tried to push a much higher spec handset.
I did feel that Jimmy deferred to his manager on occasion; that said, if he was uncertain of something I’m glad he double checked for me.
What impressed me was that Jimmy was more than happy to recommend a phone at half my budget. He passed on some good information about the handset and SIM-only deal on offer, and I left with plenty of information to mull over.
Jimmy was perfectly professional, if not as sparkling as some – but he had a solid standard of customer service.
