Simon’s branch was exceptionally busy when I visited, however he was more than happy to help me with my query. He was friendly, considered in the information that he shared and despite initially trying to steer me towards a contract he geared his pitch more towards SIM-only once I went into more detail about budget and needs. He recommended I go for a Samsung Galaxy Mini, which was just under my £100 limit.
Simon asked relevant questions, responded to my requests and I thought he was very professional. However he didn’t try to sell me the phone, which surprised me. He gave me a brochure with the deal and handset highlighted. Simon could perhaps have asked more probing questions from the outset, and could’ve attempted to close the sale or given me his details in case of a return visit.
