Use of isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol

Registration
To register you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
If accepted into the Shop Idol competition it may result in mystery shopping, recording transactions and enquires or taking images of contestants.
By registering to the isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol website you may receive email notifications from Shop Idol.
All registrants who enter or vote in Shop Idol and have stated they work in retail agree that their details will be shared with our partner.
Intellectual property
The content of the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site without written permission from Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol. Limitations
You may not use the isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site for any of the following purposes – disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site breaching any laws concerning the use of public telecommunications networks interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol Site making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol reserves the right to refuse to post material on the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site or to remove material already posted on the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site. Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol’s right to suspend or cancel your registration Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these.
You can cancel this agreement at any time by informing us in writing. If you do so, you must stop using the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site. The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities.
Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol’s liability
If Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can. In particular, we disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following: incompatibility of the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol Site with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links technical problems including errors or interruptions of the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol Site inadequacy of the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site to meet your requirements To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site.
Use of community sites
Each Community Site on the Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol site (together the “Community Sites”) allows users to interact with each other via message boards, and other user forums. We advise you not to post or in anyway reveal any of your personal details on the Community Sites (for example, your address and telephone number). You may not use the Community Sites for any of the following purposes: disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, defamatory, racially offensive, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material; transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice; transmitting material containing any form of advertising or promotion for goods and services, junk mail, chain letters or "spam"; gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems; interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Community Sites; making or transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner; impersonating another person; referring to specific website addresses outside of Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol. However, Mobile reserves the right to refuse to post material, to remove material posted on the Community Sites and to contact you in the event that there are concerns about the content you have added to a Community Site. Mobile may review or edit the content of the Community Sites. Therefore, if you have concerns about any of the content of the Community Sites you should contact us. The relevant content may be removed from the Community Sites. If we believe that any material placed on the Community Sites by you is unlawful we may contact the relevant authority. Mobile makes no representations as to the validity of any opinion, advice, information or statement displayed on the message boards by third parties. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages posted on the message boards and the views expressed by individuals do not represent the views of Isellmobile.co.uk/shopidol. You will be responsible for: any claim by any third party that the use of the Community Sites by you is defamatory, offensive or abusive, or of an obscene or pornographic nature, or is illegal or constitutes a breach of any applicable law, regulation or code of practice; any claim by any third party that the use of the Community Sites by you infringes that third party's copyright or other intellectual property rights of whatever nature; any fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory, advertising or trading body or authority in connection with the use of the Community Sites by you. By submitting material you are granting Mobile a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sublicense the material in whole or in part and in any form. You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of these Community Sites terms and conditions.
