I was greeted by Mike almost as soon as I arrived. He was professional and very enthusiastic. I can imagine he does well as a salesman, because he’s straightforward, knowledgeable and really responsive.
I went in looking for a phone for my son, and happened to mention email. Mike honed in on BlackBerry as the best for email, and the pros and cons of both touch-screen and QWERTY models.
Mike was attentive, asked plenty of questions and really focused on giving me tailored information. I got loads of ideas to think over without being overwhelmed, and we even had a chat about footie. He did try to close the sale without being pushy and I got a great demo of a BlackBerry Torch. Really knows his stuff and I’d definitely buy a phone from him.
