Adeel’s knowledge of phone tech is exemplary. Throughout my visit, he offered really useful nuggets of information. When I expressed concerns about security he offered advice on apps like BlackBerry Protect – which can wipe info from a stolen phone. When I mentioned battery life, he recommended downloading an app like Task Killer.
He told me what to expect from Android, BlackBerry and iOS and asked plenty of questions to narrow down his suggestions. He recommended the HTC Desire S and I got a great demo of its capabilities.
Adeel came across as a very genuine person, even dropping in a little chat about The Apprentice gaming app task. He made an effort to establish a rapport, did try to close the sale and his personality definitely made a difference.
